I take daily walks in the forest and trails by my home. Listening to the birds around me and watching the wind move the leaves and trees gives me a real grounded feeling. I love to look for the animals - deer, geese, heron, squirrels.

I enjoy my family and, by doing so, I make a connection between I and nature. Me, my wife and our 2 kids use to go to nearby natural reserves and to big urban parks to feel nature. I can remember my doughter's surprise when she saw for the first time a deer. My inner balance I find it throughout my love to my wife and children,

I have a daily sitting practice (mindfulness meditation) and Qigong practice. Trying to remember to be aware whenever possible, right now my focus is to remember to be present when eating - so to appreciate what I'm eating and not take more than needed - to be aware of the gifts from the earth.

I take some time every day to listen or read inspirational authors/philisophers and take a minute to think what thats means to me.
When I am outside walking the dog or cycling I stop so now and then and just enjoy where I am and what I see or experience. It might sometimes just take a second or a sigh, but it brings sunshine in my day!

On a daily basis I do mindfulness meditation. I love gardening and dancing and find them helpfull too! I also like to spend time with animals and observing them.

Everytime I stop to cross the street and wait for the traffic lights to go green I look up at the buildings, trees, balconies and feel more present than ever, knowing that I have a world awaiting for me, my inner world, my being...

Every morning I do some mindful meditation and try to remember to take the mindfulness with me through the day.
